Returns & Exchanges
Since all our products are custom-made on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or general dissatisfaction.
Please double-check your sizing and order details before placing your order. Size charts are available on each product page to help you choose the right fit.
Eligible Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)
We will gladly replace or refund your order if it arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with the following:

Photos of the item and packaging

Brief description of the issue 
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size chart before ordering)

Change of mind after order is placed

Orders delayed by shipping carriers once fulfilled 
Order Cancellations
As all orders go into production shortly after being placed, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order is locked for fulfillment and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Processing & Delivery Times
Please allow:

2–5 business days for production

5–12 business days for delivery (depending on location)
